We are seeking a Business Analyst – AI Prompt Engineer to support a high-velocity build of a new AI-Driven Business Platform created entirely through AI. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and AI agents, ensuring requirements are translated into precise prompts that directly drive platform configurations, workflows, and automation.
You will partner closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and continuously refine AI prompts to deliver functional platform components at speed. This role plays a direct, hands-on part in shaping an enterprise platform while helping define how AI is used to build systems at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect real business needs
• Translate requirements, workflows, and user stories into high-quality AI prompts
• Continuously refine and iterate prompts using AI tools to improve output quality
• Own end-to-end prompt engineering support for assigned Business Platform deliverables
• Build and maintain a shared Business Platform Prompt Playbook with reusable templates
• Collaborate on-site with the core delivery team to accelerate AI-assisted development
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on enterprise platforms
• Strong experience working with sales, finance, or operations teams to translate processes into system solutions
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes, outcomes, and platform workflows
• Proven ability to convert stakeholder conversations and documentation into clear, actionable deliverables
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms at an admin or functional consultant level
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Experience with AI prompt engineering or AI-assisted delivery workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Projects, Grok, or similar AI platforms
• Ability to share examples of prompts or AI-supported work from previous roles
