Low Voltage Security Technician to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong experience in
fire alarm systems installation and service, along with a well-rounded experience in electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities- Install, service, and maintain fire alarm systems (various brands and configurations)
- Perform installation and troubleshooting of:
- Intrusion alarm systems
- Access control systems
- CCTV and surveillance systems
- Conduct system testing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Interact professionally with end users, ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Required Skills & Experience- Proven experience in fire alarm installation and service
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, including alarms, access control, and cameras
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system designs
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with a variety of fire alarm platforms and manufacturers
- Additional experience in integrated security systems is a plus
Professional Requirements- Must be professional and presentable when interacting with clients and end users
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marlboro, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
