Job Title: Full Stack Java Technical Specialist (DevOps, React.js)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Technical Specialist with strong expertise in DevOps and React.js to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and developing modern front-end and back-end solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps solutions to automate and optimize software development and deployment processes.
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and build scalable back-end services, RESTful APIs, and enterprise applications using Java.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver new features.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Full Stack Java development.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including:
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Java 8/11/17.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Relevant certifications in DevOps, Java, AWS, Azure, React.js, or related technologies are a plus.

- 8+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.
- Strong experience with React.js and enterprise web applications.
- Proven experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD automation.
