Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Lead with 8+ years of Guidewire experience and strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering integration and configuration enhancements from day one and possess strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

This role will take ownership of integration design and development, work closely with architects and business stakeholders, and coordinate delivery activities across onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration initiatives.
• Design, develop, and implement Guidewire integration enhancements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with DPOs, architects, and business stakeholders to define and present technical designs.
• Obtain architecture/design approvals and drive solutions through implementation.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for onshore and offshore teams.
• Assign and coordinate development activities with offshore resources.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and offshore handoff calls.
• Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues and provide technical solutions.
• Work with ClaimCenter business processes including FNOL, Claims, Exposure, Financials, Activities, WorkPlans, and Vendor integrations.
• Ensure solutions follow Guidewire and enterprise development best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
• 5+ years of Guidewire Integration experience
• Strong hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration experience
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud / InsuranceSuite
• Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge
• Experience with the Claims lifecycle
• Hands-on knowledge of FNOL, Exposure, Financials, WorkPlans, Activities, and Vendor integrations
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and API-based integrations
• Ability to independently contribute to enhancements from Day 1
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
