Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, supports growth initiatives, and strengthens market presence.
  • Define and maintain the organization's brand identity, positioning framework, and messaging architecture across all internal and external communications.
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop differentiated value propositions, market messaging, and customer-focused content.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, social, content, and traditional channels.
  • Oversee website strategy, content governance, search optimization, and user experience enhancements.
  • Manage external communications, including media relations, press releases, corporate announcements, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate participation in conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and other marketing programs.
  • Develop marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, opportunities, and market positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, business development, product, and operational teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and organizational objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, brand performance, engagement, and return on investment.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, media partners, and vendors.
  • Lead marketing budgets, resource planning, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing channels and touchpoints.


Requirements

Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate marketing, strategic marketing, product marketing, or marketing communications.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience leading digital marketing initiatives, content development, public relations, website management, and event marketing.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate manner.
  • Experience operating in a strategic leadership role while maintaining hands-on execution responsibilities.
