MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION person being replaced, is too timid. Not bringing ideas/suggestions to the table, doesn't feel comfortable leading discussions and asking probing questions. Need someone who can provide some functional leadership and design ownership of this role. Moving quick as this is a backfill. Please send me only strong candidates that can be a true consultant, not just an order taker.
