🚀 Hiring: SAP HCM Techno Functional Analyst
📍 Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
Provide SAP HCM technical and functional support, development, testing, and maintenance.
Develop and enhance ABAP programs across SAP HCM modules.
Work with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
Handle SAP data migration using LSMW/BDC and data extraction tools.
Support SAP Workflow, WRICEF, Dynamic Actions, and HR Cluster tables.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and optimize SAP solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and perform unit testing.
Required Skills:
4+ years of SAP HCM Functional experience.
Knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Understanding of SAP Portal technology and ERP applications.
1+ year of SAP Workflow experience.
Knowledge of SAP Mail Services and accounting processes.
Preferred: Three full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
