10 to 15 years of experience in IBM I / AS400Expert level proficiency in SYNON, RPG, ILE/RPG, SQL RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, LANSA, LANSA for WebStrong experience in DB2/400, MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, FTP/SFTPHands-on experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimizationIntegration and Modernization Experience integrating IBM i applications with Java, .NET, web applications, or cloud platformsExposure to IBM i modernization tools and strategies Tools and MethodologiesExperience with change management and version control tools (Aldon, TurnOver, Git)Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practicesExperience in solutioning, reviewing and validating technical documentationAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience working in a client-facing technical lead roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills
