We are seeking an expert HRIS Lead and Talent Architect to join our Systems Integration team for a high-impact, strategic 3-month engagement. In this senior role, you will bridge the gap between our client's business goals and human capital capabilities, utilizing data-driven insights and advanced software technologies to design sustainable workforce strategies. responsibilities:
- Align macro talent strategies with evolving business objectives to establish long-term enterprise transformation.
- Shape advanced skilling frameworks by combining data analytics, emerging artificial intelligence, and corporate capabilities.
- Provide critical solutions, architecture guidance, and governance across multiple integrated HR product delivery teams.
- Lead configuration alignment, strategic positioning, and best-practice deployment for SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Collaborate closely with business ecosystem partners to build scalable learning cultures and future-focused role maps.
qualifications:
7-10 years of experience within Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy, or HR Delivery Architecture.
4-6 years of advanced hands-on and advisory proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors HXM platforms.
Proven leadership experience managing complex technical team architectures and driving senior stakeholder consensus.
Must be local to the Houston, TX area and available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).
