Agile Coach

Introduction

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) has an ongoing need for a skilled Agile Coach to support the RAPID (Rapid Agile Product Innovation & Development) program within the Division of Management & Financial Services (MFS). The Agile Coach will work across multiple product development teams to foster continuous improvement, facilitate collaboration, and strengthen agile maturity across the RAPID program.

Responsibilities

Establish new Agile teams and provide interactive coaching to stakeholders and teams
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events including Sprint Planning and team alignment sessions
Collaborate with program leadership to develop strategic roadmaps and align team objectives with business outcomes
Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of Agile programs and recommend modifications for team performance
Proactively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to address Agile knowledge gaps and support program effectiveness
Conduct training to build agile capability across the program and enable knowledge transfer
Coach teams on DevOps practices, continuous integration/deployment, and automation techniques
Provide regular assessments of team maturity, program health metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor''''s Degree in Information Science/Technology, Business, Computer Science or equivalent
At least 8 years of direct experience in Information Technology
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Program Level Agile Coach
At least 2 years'''' experience as a Team Level Agile Coach
At least 3 years'''' experience as a Scrum Coach or in a Leadership role with Agile teams
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Automation/Continuous Testing
One of the following certifications: CSM, ACSM, SAFe Scrum Master, Agile Certified Scrum Coach

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Platform Analytics, and Agile Development platforms
Knowledge of SAFe methodologies
Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives
Strong facilitation and communication skills
