Full-Stack Java Architect
Project Overview
This role serves as the technical leader responsible for translating business requirements into scalable solution designs and architectural roadmaps.
The Architect will partner with stakeholders, create technical designs, establish standards, review implementations, and provide direction to development teams.
The manager is not looking for a hands-on coder but wants someone who has come up through software engineering and can effectively guide development teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements
- Design enterprise application architectures
- Create architectural diagrams and technical documentation
- Define application standards and best practices
- Review designs and code implementations
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams
- Participate in test strategy and sign-offs
- Guide modernization initiatives and technology decisions
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security standards
