Summary

Title: Seasonal Retail Crew Member

The Role
The Seasonal Retail Crew Member is part of the opening company's House operational team and is responsible for bringing it's immersive experiences to life. Crew Members encourage
fandom through delivering best-in-class customer service and creating an exceptional guest
experience. The ideal Crew Member is passionate about engaging in conversations about
series and films. The Crew Member will provide general information, sell and scan
tickets, manage guest flow and queuing, sell merchandise, and more.

This on-site, seasonal hourly role is based in Dallas, TX.

What you will do:
Assist with daily restocking of merchandise, beverages, and retail supplies to maintain fully
stocked and visually appealing sales areas.
Receive, unpack, organize, and process incoming inventory in accordance with established
procedures.
Maintain organized and accurate stockroom areas to support efficient replenishment and
inventory management.
Monitor sales floor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to Retail
Leadership.
Capable of lifting or transporting inventory weighing up to 50 lbs to facilitate replenishment
and processing.
Support opening and closing retail procedures, including restocking, recovery, cleaning,
and securing merchandise.
Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions as needed,
including cash, credit/debit, and other approved payment methods.
Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with our Fans.
Act as a company ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with client
shows.
Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
Foster a culture of safety in all actions.
Other duties as assigned.
What we need from you:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
Demonstrated experience and success in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, and F&B
operations.
Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive demeanor.
languages is a plus.
Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day
operation.
