Pay Range: $18 - $20 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- This is a Part-time role Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30am - 4:30pm CST.
- Retail & Operational Support:
- Support the Museum Store by processing sales, restocking merchandise, and maintaining displays:
- Process POS transactions (cash and credit card)
- Fulfill telephone and e-commerce orders
- Receive, process, and stock merchandise
- Complete daily sales reports
- Welcome visitors, answer questions, and assist with interactive exhibits such as flight simulators.
- Communicate daily activities and events to visitors.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to actively listen and maintain positive body language (smiling, eye contact, good posture).
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule; must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- This is a part-time role
- Candidate will be working on Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30am - 4:30pm CST.
- There may be opportunities to work an addition day if the candidate is available.
