Job Description
We are seeking a Transmit Core Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Transmit Security, Mosaic Platform, and customer identity and access management and a proven ability to design, implement, and support secure, frictionless customer authentication and onboarding experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement authentication and identity management solutions using Transmit Security.
- Build and maintain customer identity journeys, including registration, login, MFA enrollment, and account recovery flows.
- Integrate Transmit Security APIs and SDKs into web and mobile banking applications.
- Configure identity orchestration workflows and adaptive authentication policies.
- Support passkey and passwordless authentication initiatives.
- Collaborate with fraud, risk, cybersecurity, and digital banking teams to improve security and user experience.
- Troubleshoot authentication issues, integration defects, and production incidents.
- Participate in architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and banking standards.
- Create technical documentation, support procedures, and implementation standards.
- Assist with vendor engagement and platform upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Transmit Security and Mosaic Platform.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, or similar enterprise development platforms.
- Deep understanding of IAM and CIAM concepts and patterns.
- Experience with MFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, and Passkeys.
- Knowledge of API security, token management, and encryption technologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development and DevSecOps practices.
- 8+ years Transmit Core Development experience.
- 10+ years software development experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Banking or financial services experience.
- Background in customer authentication and fraud prevention solutions.
- Experience with customer onboarding and KYC integrations.
- Work with identity orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with vendor platforms such as Okta.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, IAM certifications, or cloud certifications are a plus.
