Position Title: Sr. ERP Applications Analyst (Workday Payroll) Remote

Pay Rate: $45 $48/hr (W2)
Position Description:
We re hiring a Senior ERP Applications Analyst with deep Workday Payroll expertise to help design, configure, implement, and support enterprise ERP solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. In this role, you ll serve as a Workday/ERP subject matter expert supporting initiatives across HCM/Payroll (with exposure to Finance and Supply Chain processes), partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business outcomes through scalable system design and reliable delivery.
What you ll do (Responsibilities):
- Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation within the Workday/ERP workstream (primarily Payroll/HCM).
- Translate business needs into system solutions, including process design, system configuration, and functional documentation.
- Build and enhance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and operational insights (Workday reporting).
- Plan and execute testing (system testing, regression testing), coordinate UAT support, and ensure smooth releases.
- Support bi-annual Workday releases, evaluating impacts, validating changes, and coordinating updates.
- Perform data reconciliations/audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot issues and lead root-cause analysis for system defects or integration failures; communicate findings clearly.
- Provide Tier-2 support and contribute to change management, end-user readiness, and training support.
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering milestones on time and partnering effectively across teams.
Required Skills/Education:
Must-have qualifications:
- Hands-on Workday Payroll experience (configuration/support/implementation).
- ERP/HRIS analyst background supporting enterprise applications (Workday/ERP platform experience).
- Strong skills in business process analysis, documentation, and solution design.
- Experience supporting process improvement and/or system implementations (end-to-end lifecycle).
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Nice-to-have / Preferred:
- Workday experience across HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in a healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Familiarity with Workday implementation methodology and training practices.
