Pay Range: $27 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new hires and employees using a predefined curriculum
- Facilitate instructor-led courses in both classroom-style and one-on-one settings
- Present training content using various instructional techniques, including discussions, role plays, simulations, and breakout sessions
- Monitor learner attendance, participation, and engagement throughout training sessions
- Track and verify completion of required e-learning modules within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide ongoing support to learners by troubleshooting technical or learning-related issues during training
- Communicate effectively with internal learning and development team members and leadership regarding learner progress and training outcomes
- Create and update learner materials such as job aids, handouts, and visual resources
- Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback and performance metrics
- Maintain adherence to training schedules, ensuring sessions start and end on time
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Prior experience in training, learning & development, or instructional facilitation
- Background in healthcare, managed care, or related industries
- Strong technical aptitude with virtual meeting platforms and learning systems
- Prior experience in training, learning & development, or instructional facilitation
- Experience facilitating training in a virtual environment
- Background in healthcare, managed care, or related industries
- Strong technical aptitude with virtual meeting platforms and learning systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Proficiency with virtual training tools and standard office software
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Deliver training content clearly, accurately, and professionally in a virtual environment
- Maintain high trainer evaluation scores based on learner feedback
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to prevent or resolve classroom disruptions
- Effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced training setting
- Bachelor’s degree.
