Description
We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our growing operations in Avondale, Pennsylvania. In this hands-on position, you will contribute to the efficient management of e-commerce marketplaces, logistics, systems, and customer service, all while driving process improvements and organizational success. Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon Seller Central tasks, including product listings, SKU updates, and resolving any account-related issues.
Monitor account health and address support cases or tickets promptly.
Maintain accurate product data, inventory records, and backend organization to ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate shipping workflows and assist with fulfillment operations to meet customer demands.
Process and manage customer returns with accuracy and a high standard of service.
Track inventory and organize physical product storage to streamline logistics.
Set up new employees with laptops, accounts, and other basic technical requirements.
Troubleshoot common technical issues and liaise with external IT resources for resolutions.
Deliver timely and attentive customer support to ensure a positive experience.
Assist leadership with operational tasks, tracking projects, and identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and processes.
Requirements
Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Marketplace and eBay.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for maintaining product data.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and logistics.
Basic technical troubleshooting abilities and an understanding of IT support processes.
Excellent communication skills for providing effective customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
