Description: Our client is currently seeking a Oracle Retail Application Support Lead-

Our client is seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Analyst to support its Oracle Retail ecosystem. This role is based on site in Philadelphia and requires deep technical and functional expertise across Oracle Retail modules, along with flexibility to support critical business operations and shifting support schedules.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail applications, batch monitoring, integrations, and database technologies, and will work closely with business, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 application support for Oracle Retail modules including:
    • Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
    • Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
    • Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
    • Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)
    • Store Inventory Management (SIM)
    • Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS)
  • Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows; ensure timely identification and resolution of failures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across merchandising and retail systems.
  • Collaborate with business users to analyze defects, validate requirements, and provide system guidance.
  • Partner with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
  • Perform configuration changes, functional testing, and deploy enhancements in accordance with change-management standards.
  • Provide flexible support coverage, including shift-based and off-hours support as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience supporting Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • SQL and PL/SQL
    • Databricks
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Proven experience monitoring and supporting batch processes and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Retail or merchandising domain experience
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise retail systems
  • Strong documentation and change-management discipline
