Summary

Vortex Consulting is seeking a senior level functional Dynamics 365 SCM Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM) consultant. This role will be responsible for solutioning and maintaining warehouse operations within a large D365 Supply Chain Management environment for a life sciences industry client.

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and support D365 AWM solution for warehouse operations.
Lead the setup of inbound (receiving, put-away), outbound (picking, packing, shipping), and inventory management processes.
Optimize warehouse layouts, storage zones, and inventory tracking for real-time visibility.
Provide functional expertise for D365 WMS resolving system issues and optimizing processes.
Monitor and maintain warehouse system performance, ensuring seamless operations.
Work with end-users and warehouse teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system usability.

Required Skills:

10+ years of D365 SCM experience with WMS expertise
Life sciences industry experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills
