Summary

Location: Dickinson, ND Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually Description:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end data solutions across the full lifecycle: data modeling, data engineering, and reporting.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and architectures using Azure data services and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in client-facing discussions, providing technical insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across solutions.
  • Contribute to solution design and best practices for modern data platforms.


Must Have / Required:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Expertise in Azure data engineering tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end data solutions (engineering + reporting).
  • Comfortable with a role split of approximately 40% data engineering and 60% reporting/analytics.
  • Strong technical capabilities (approx. 80%) with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (approx. 20%).
  • Ability to present solutions and handle client-facing discussion
