## Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and automation solutions that streamline organizational processes and improve operational efficiency. This role focuses on building enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, integrating with business systems, and delivering scalable, user-focused applications.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
* Create and maintain automated workflows to improve business efficiency and eliminate manual processes.
* Build and optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and application logic.
* Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
* Develop custom connectors, data models, forms, and reusable components for enterprise solutions.
* Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, integration challenges, and performance bottlenecks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, process flows, and user guides.
* Follow best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM), environment management, security, governance, and deployment processes.
* Configure and manage security roles, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and compliance-related controls.
## Required Skills and Experience
* Hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
* Strong experience working with Dataverse, data modeling, and business process automation.
* Experience building workflows, custom connectors, forms, and application components.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience integrating applications with relational databases.
* Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and modern integration technologies.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
* Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and source control best practices.
* Microsoft Power Platform certifications, including PL-400 or higher.
* Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale business applications.
