1. Solution

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) solutions.
• Define enterprise metadata management strategy and governance framework.
• Architect scalable hierarchy and master data management solutions across Oracle Cloud applications.
• Recommend Oracle EDMCS best practices and industry standards.

2. Requirements Gathering & Business Process Analysis

• Conduct business workshops to understand master data and metadata requirements.
• Analyze current-state data governance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into EDMCS functional and technical designs.
• Facilitate fit-gap analysis and solution review sessions with stakeholders.

3. Metadata Governance & Master Data Management

• Establish governance processes for enterprise master data.
• Define and manage:
  • Chart of Accounts (COA)
  • Cost Centers
  • Departments
  • Legal Entities
  • Product Hierarchies
  • Business Units
  • Organization Structures
• Implement metadata approval workflows and change control processes.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance across the enterprise

4. EDMCS Configuration & Administration

• Configure and manage:
  • Node Types
  • Node Sets
  • Viewpoints
  • Hierarchies
  • Property Definitions
  • Request Workflows
  • Validation Rules
  • Subscriptions
• Support metadata lifecycle management and governance operations.
• Ensure proper security and access controls within EDMCS.

5. Integration Management

• Drive integration of EDMCS with:
  • Oracle FCCS
  • EPBCS/PBCS
  • ARCS
  • PCMCS
  • Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Oracle SCM Cloud
  • Oracle HCM Cloud
• Define metadata synchronization and distribution strategies.
• Coordinate with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

6. Project & Delivery Management

• Lead the EDMCS workstream throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide status updates to project leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure successful completion of project milestones and deliverables

7. Testing, Deployment & Support

• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Review test scenarios, defect resolution, and business sign-offs.
• Support cutover planning and production deployment.
• Provide Hypercare support following go-live.

8. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct executive presentations and solution walkthroughs.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making discussions.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership and business users.

9. Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead onsite and offshore EDMCS consultants.
• Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor team members and provide functional leadership.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and user training programs
