Job Description:

• Product owner/technical lead for AEM Assets foundation, DAM governance, asset lifecycle, and enterprise adoption readiness.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Phase 1: Define DAM structure (folders/collections), lifecycle states, metadata enforcement Design RBAC model in Assets (viewer/editor/admin + team/region segmentation) Define ingestion standards (naming, required metadata, file validations) Establish versioning, rollback, and audit evidence approach within Assets Define search facets/indexing strategy (findability)
• Phase 2: Oversee migration mapping to Assets structure; remediation approach
• Phase 3: Ensure GenAI outputs write back to DAM as renditions/versions with lineage
• Phase 4: Ensure templates/activated outputs store as controlled versions; governance
• Phase 5: Operate governance cadence for taxonomy/permissions and release practices DAM baseline configuration + governance playbook inputs Metadata model + lifecycle + permissions configuration spec Migration acceptance criteria and DAM quality rules
