OneStream Configurator / Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a OneStream Configurator/Developer to support, enhance, and evolve enterprise financial performance management (EPM) systems. This role partners closely with Finance, FP&A, and Accounting teams to configure OneStream solutions that support financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also integrating with other EPM platforms and source systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of OneStream configuration experience, VB.NET development skills, and finance domain knowledge, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.

Duties:
* Configure and support OneStream applications including metadata, workflows, business rules, and financial reporting
* Develop and maintain business rules and calculations using VB.NET within OneStream
* Support consolidations, allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation
* Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and financial statements to meet business requirements
* Support financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes in OneStream
* Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to understand budgeting assumptions, drivers, and reporting needs
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to financial data, rules, and process flows
* Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities from a system perspective
* Assist with data integrations from ERP and source systems
* Help validate data accuracy and consistency across platforms
* Support or integrate with other EPM platforms such as: Anaplan; Hyperion; Longview
* Work as a team player within cross-functional finance and IT teams
* Translate finance requirements into scalable system solutions
* Document configurations, rules, and support procedures
* Identify opportunities to optimize and automate financial processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience as a OneStream Configurator and/or Developer
* Strong VB.NET development skills (business rules, calculations, system logic)
* Experience supporting or integrating Anaplan, Hyperion, and/or Longview
* Understanding of financial systems architecture and data integrations
* Experience supporting finance budgets and FP&A processes
* Ability to work effectively with Accounting, FP&A, and Finance leadership
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Teachable and open to learning new tools, models, and business processes
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proven team player who thrives in collaborative environments

Strong understanding of:
* Financial consolidation
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Financial reporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
