Summary

Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Senior AI Product Manager to own and scale an AI-powered product suite within a mission-critical, enterprise physical security environment. You'll define product strategy, translate frontline operational workflows into AI-driven solutions, and partner closely with Engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure AI products are reliable, explainable, and trusted.
Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of Product Management experience
Proven track record of launching AI products with measurable customer and business impact
Strong technical depth, including hands-on exposure to:
- Computer vision, generative AI, NLP, or anomaly detection
Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and technical specifications
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

What You Will Be Doing

Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for an AI-driven operator product portfolio
Lead end-to-end AI product development from discovery through launch and iteration using Agile methodologies
Engage directly with enterprise customers and frontline operators to validate direction, gather feedback, and drive adoption
Define success metrics and KPIs to measure AI efficacy, utilization, and business impact
Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to inform roadmap and product differentiation

45% Product definition, roadmap execution, and backlog ownership
30% Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and stakeholders
15% Metrics review, experimentation, and iteration on AI performance
10% Customer engagement, feedback synthesis, and adoption enablement

Preferred Qualifications

Startup experience, particularly in early-stage or growth-stage environments
Background in computer vision, video analytics, or real-time AI systems
Knowledge of edge AI, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures
