Job Details- Managing complex individual tax engagements, particularly involving high-value equity compensation
- Advising on ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, and 83(b) elections across pre- and post-liquidity events
- Experience with QSBS (Section 1202) planning and analysis
- Partnering with clients on tax strategy related to IPOs and startup growth
- Reviewing and overseeing sophisticated 1040 filings
- Acting as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex tax matters into clear guidance
Strong candidates will also have experience supporting startup and growth-stage clients, particularly those with large-scale equity positions.
