Job Description
We are seeking an SAP Consultant Contractor with advanced SAP Security and SuccessFactors Security expertise to support a Deloitte project team. The contractor will implement and optimize SAP solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. The role will configure and support SAP modules, analyze business processes, advise on secure solution designs, and ensure compliant access across SAP and SuccessFactors landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP solutions with a focus on SAP Security and SuccessFactors Security.
- Analyze business processes and recommend secure, scalable SAP designs and controls.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and security roles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP application, integration, and access issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Support SuccessFactors security design as a lead or senior consultant on a part-time basis as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Primary skill: SAP Security Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors security configuration and role-based permissions.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into secure SAP solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across SAP applications and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Experience level: Advanced, 6-9 years in SAP Security roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience as a SuccessFactors Security lead or senior consultant.
- Background with hybrid client delivery models and on-site stakeholder engagement.
Engagement Details
- Client: Deloitte Consulting LLP.
- Project Stage: Sold/Funded.
- Work Authorization: No work will be performed outside the United States.
- On-site Expectation: Approximately 30% in Miramar, FL.
- Expenses: Not permitted.
- Hours per Day: 8. Labor Type: Business Professional.
