, FL ROLE OVERVIEW Marketing organization is undergoing major leadership and structural changes. They are seeking a senior-level
Marketing Operations Project Manager / Consultant to assess campaign workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and help stabilize operations across Creative, PR, social media, and Marketing teams.
This role begins in a
consultative discovery mode but could transition quickly into a
hands-on execution PM who can manage tickets, run workflows, and support active marketing initiatives day-to-day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assess current marketing operations workflows and campaign intake processes
- Identify inefficiencies, duplicate efforts, and unclear handoffs
- Design and recommend future-state campaign workflows
- Configure and manage workstreams in Monday.com
- Act as central PM for marketing requests and tickets
- Drive execution once processes are defined
- Coordinate across Creative, Digital, PR, Social, and Marketing Ops teams
- Provide reporting and status updates to leadership
- Support major 2026 initiatives
REQUIRED PROFILE - Strong Marketing Operations + Project Management background
- Experience working with creative, marketing, agency, and digital teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving org structures
- Very hands-on-willing to manage tickets, workflows, and daily execution
- Experience with Monday.com strongly preferred
- Consulting mindset with operational follow-through
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills
- Flexible to ramp from 20 hrs/week to full-time if needed
