Job Description:
The Software Technical Specialist bridges the gap between business users and IT staff, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination of testing in the UAT environment. The role focuses on improving batch reporting and processing, addressing issues from cloud migrations, and implementing updated interfaces for end users.

This position supports Software Quality Assurance, UAT, and IT teams to ensure software products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing and Validation: Perform manual and automated software testing, execute test cases, identify bugs, and log defects clearly.
Organization and Planning: Organize testing schedules, track project activities, and maintain testing artifacts such as test plans and results.
Deployment Support: Assist with pre- and post-deployment checks and collaborate with development and operations teams for smooth transitions.
Communication: Report testing status, issues, and results to team members and stakeholders.
Output Comparison: Compare software outputs against expected results or previous versions to identify and report discrepancies.
