Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Business Data Analyst to support manufacturing and automotive business operations. The candidate will assist with analyzing production information, inventory data, quality reports and operational performance to help teams improve business processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize and analyze production and operational data.

  • Prepare reports related to manufacturing activities, inventory and product performance.

  • Assist with tracking production targets, quality metrics and operational costs.

  • Review data to identify trends, inconsistencies and areas for improvement.

  • Support reporting activities related to supply chain and manufacturing operations.

  • Coordinate with production, quality, finance and operations teams.

  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and business documentation.

  • Assist with process improvement projects and regular performance reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and organizational abilities.

  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

  • Ability to work with numerical data and operational reports.
