Business Data Analyst – Insurance (Entry Level)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Entry-Level Business Data Analyst to support insurance business operations through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. The role involves reviewing policy information, claims data, and customer-related records to support business reporting and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and review insurance-related business data.

  • Prepare reports related to policies, claims, and customer activities.

  • Assist with tracking claim volumes, processing activities, and business metrics.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and operational variations.

  • Support reporting activities related to insurance products and services.

  • Coordinate with claims, underwriting, finance, and customer service teams.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency.

  • Assist with reporting improvements and ongoing business projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance Management,t or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and organizational abilities.

  • Familiarity with Guidewire, Duck Cre,ek or Majesco insurance platforms is a plus.

  • Attention to detail when working with business information
