Looking to break into IT and build real-world technical experience? This entry-level IT Support role is ideal for someone motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive structured training, and gain daily exposure to the fundamentals of IT support in a professional environment.

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education, such as:
  • CompTIA A+ (or studying toward it)
  • IT / Computer Science coursework or degree
  • Technical bootcamp or internship experience
• Strong interest in hands-on technical and hardware support
• Reliable, professional, and eager to grow
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation required (100% onsite in Coppell)

Schedule & Environment

• This is a 24/7 operation
• Most shifts are standard weekday hours
• Flexibility to work nights or weekends is a plus and may open additional opportunities over time
• Hybrid role supporting end users directly

What You'll Be Doing

This is a true entry-level role with training and mentorship built in. Day-to-day, you'll:

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
• Assist users via email, chat, phone, and in-person
• Troubleshoot common issues such as:
  • Password resets and login problems
  • WiFi and basic connectivity issues
  • Printers, peripherals, and entry-level hardware support
• Shadow and work closely with senior technicians to build strong IT fundamentals

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
