Job Description
Talent Groups is seeking a strategic Enterprise Architect to define and govern target state architecture across key domains including Data and AI, Customer and Loyalty, Reservation Systems, Shipboard Systems, and Corporate Applications such as ERP, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
This is a senior, cross functional leadership role responsible for driving architecture strategy, standards, and governance across large scale, mission critical platforms within a federated model.
Key Responsibilities
• Define multi year target state architecture and domain roadmaps across enterprise platforms
• Establish architectural standards for scalability, performance, data integrity, and compliance
• Serve as the architecture authority for platforms such as ERP, CRM, loyalty, reservation systems, and data ecosystems
• Drive API first and event driven integration patterns across domains
• Define data ownership, system of record boundaries, and integration standards
• Partner with platform teams on cloud, security, and infrastructure alignment
• Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision making
• Identify and drive modernization initiatives including cloud, data, and platform transformation
Required Experience
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience in complex, large scale environments
• Experience in one or more domains such as Data and AI, Customer and Loyalty, reservation or commerce systems, Corporate Applications, or distributed and edge systems
• Strong expertise in API driven and event driven architecture
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and high availability design
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
