Job Title: Peoplesoft Technical Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 2 Year Contract
Note: Looking for senior, experienced Technical Business Analyst with over 10 years of PeopleSoft expertise and experience.
Description:
These Technical BA candidates will be supporting a capacity project to maintain an existing instance of Peoplesoft for the client. The client is going to be going through a Peoplesoft to Oracle Fusion migration, and will need to bring in 2-3 TBA roles along with 2-3 developers for some user support, maintenance, and enhancements for the next 2 years while they have their full time ERP team focus on the implementation Oracle Fusion.
These team members will truly be maintaining the existing PeopleSoft instance that exists while the full-time team focuses on the migration to Oracle Fusion. They will be spending about 60% of their time in Billing module, specifically with month end activities. This candidate will provide standalone support, interpreting system issues, working with end-users, creating user stories, and preparing development requirements, without overstepping into development tasks.

Top Skills Details
- 10+ years experience in Peoplesoft (whether TBA/Techno-functional role)
- MUST have at least 2-3 years of experience and expertise within FSCM and HCM modules (financial supply chain management and human capital management), specifically with contracts, Billing, and transactional pricing
- At least 5 years in BA/Techno-functional specific role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ideal candidate has experience with heavy Billing modules, including eBill, AR/AP, and Pricer modules. A different way to ask about Pricer would also be asking about transactional pricing.
