Position Overview
Our client in Semiconductors industry is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator / Developer to support and enhance their Salesforce platform in a fast-paced semiconductor/high-tech environment. This role combines hands-on Salesforce administration and development responsibilities and requires a professional who can work directly with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver scalable Salesforce capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce technical expertise, experience in the semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing or high-tech industry, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce, including user management, security, profiles, permissions, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and data quality processes.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce platform tools.
- Partner directly with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and integration best practices.
- Create and optimize automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and other tools.
- Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, validation, and governance activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and drive continuous platform improvements.
- Participate in release management, testing, deployment, and change control processes.
- Document business requirements, technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce security model.
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and data migration projects.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or broader high-tech industry is required.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer operations, and business process optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior business stakeholders and executives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other SF products.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations and business processes commonly found in semiconductor or high-tech organizations.
