Work Model: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator / Systems Engineer to manage and support enterprise infrastructure, SaaS platforms, cloud integrations, and on-premise environments. This role requires strong technical expertise in identity management, Windows server environments, virtualization, networking, and security, along with the ability to support a hybrid and global workforce.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, security-focused, automation-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration ownership for third-party applications and SaaS solutions such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and others.
- Administer Windows Server technologies including:
- Active Directory
- DHCP
- DNS
- Network Policy Services
- Certificate Authorities
- Manage and integrate SaaS solutions with cloud-based IAM systems (SSO, MFA, SAML, Azure AD, etc.).
- Build, manage, and monitor on-premise data center environments including networking, hypervisors, virtual machines, and shared storage.
- Maintain infrastructure security and client authentication using internal PKI and NAC systems.
- Manage infrastructure backups, ensure policy compliance, and test/document disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) processes.
- Develop documentation and processes to support adoption of new IT technologies and cloud applications.
- Configure and manage RMM or other IT monitoring systems.
- Implement security technologies to protect hybrid and remote workforce environments (e.g., Zero Trust, UEM).
- Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for escalated infrastructure and systems issues for US and global users.
- Manage ticket queues using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration and systems engineering.
- Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Python, Perl, or similar languages.
- Experience automating SaaS provisioning using REST APIs and SCIM.
- Solid understanding of:
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- Enterprise identity & access management
- SAML-based authentication
- Knowledge of enterprise security concepts including PKI, certificates, and encryption.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Networking (Cisco/Meraki)
- Windows Server administration
- Storage systems (NetApp)
- Virtualization (VMware)
- Experience working in regulated environments (ISO 27001, ITIL, SOX, SOC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related IT field (or equivalent work experience).
- MCITP (optional).
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
