Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant to design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas and implement complex business logic within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The consultant will ensure functional configurations across Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Compensation meet business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and maintain Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
Implement complex business rules, validations, and calculations for Payroll and other HCM modules
Configure and validate functional requirements across Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Compensation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
Ensure system configurations comply with organizational policies and HCM best practices
Provide support for testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of HCM processes

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong hands-on experience in Payroll
Proven experience designing and maintaining Fast Formulas
Strong knowledge of Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Compensation modules
Ability to implement complex business logic, validations, and calculations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in end-to-end functional configuration and testing
