Shift Timings: Sunday–Saturday (5:00 AM – End of Shift) | Must be flexible for weekends

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Bilingual Dispatcher to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role involves dispatch coordination along with assisting in warehouse activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, physically active, and able to communicate effectively with team members and drivers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Use computer systems to dispatch and track shipments
  • Communicate with drivers and internal teams (email & verbal)
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving pallets
  • Operate a hand pump jack safely
  • Support overall warehouse and hub operations as needed

 

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, dispatch systems)
  • Ability to lift and move pallets
  • Experience using a hand pump jack
  • Strong reliability and attendance record
  • Team player with a proactive attitude

 

Work Environment

  • Warehouse setting with physical activity
  • PPE required: Steel-toe shoes (eyewear & earplugs provided onsite)
  • Must follow all safety and operational guidelines

 

Additional Information

  • Weekly pay (Fridays)
