Summary

Position Overview

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for the Dynamics 365 Platform.

As the System architect, the individual will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

Skillset

5 years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
5 years of Architect Experience
3 years of experience with Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages
Experience with Microsoft Azure platform
5 years of experience with Azure DevOps
3 years of Database Architecture Experience
5 years of Infrastructure/Network and Application Support
Ability to design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
Experience with CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective
Experience with Azure Communications
Experience with APIs
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation
Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation
Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers
An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions
Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high-stress work environment
Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure
5 years as a Technical Customer Service Analyst
Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support - 5 years
