Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Develops and maintains electrical schematics, documentation, and safety procedures.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product introduction and process improvements.
• Selects, specifies, and calibrates electrical components and instrumentation.
• Ensures compliance with electrical safety codes and industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layouts.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with motor control, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards and codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA 79).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or automated systems.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
