Summary

We are looking for a Program/Project Manager to lead a document management team and spearhead the integration of AI/ML technologies into enterprise content workflows.

Core Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Directly manage a team of document management specialists and set program governance (SLAs/KPIs).
Drive Automation: Implement AI/ML solutions for intelligent document classification, OCR enhancement, and automated data extraction.
Optimize Workflows: Assess current-state intake (fax, email, physical mail) and design future-state automated routing.
System Ownership: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Fax Servers (RightFax), Capture Platforms (Kofax), and ECM/EDMS systems.

Top Required Skills

Experience: 10+ years in Document/Content Management; 5+ years in a Supervisory/Leadership role.
Technical Stack: 7+ years of hands-on experience with RightFax, Kofax, and at least one major ECM platform (Laserfiche, IBM FileNet, or Hyland/OnBase).
AI/ML Delivery: Proven track record of implementing AI/ML for document classification and data extraction in a production environment.
Process Mapping: Expert in designing swimlane diagrams, functional flow diagrams, and SIPOC charts.
Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management.

Bonus Points (Highly Desired)

PMP or PgMP Certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
Certified Information Professional (CIP) or CRM.
Experience with RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism) or Cloud ECM migrations.
