Role: Project Manager with ERP Strong

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with PMP certification and a strong background in Supply Chain operations to lead transformation and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 8 10 years of experience delivering mid-to-large scale initiatives across supply chain functions including procurement, warehousing, logistics, or ERP/WMS/TMS implementations. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution from planning through to delivery and change adoption across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage supply chain transformation or implementation projects (ERP/WMS/TMS/process optimization, etc.)
Develop project charters, detailed plans, schedules, risk logs, and communication strategies
Engage with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain Ops, IT, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to gather requirements and align on goals
Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, and budget; manage risks and issues proactively
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors for solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare
Facilitate change management, including stakeholder communication, training plans, and SOP rollouts
Track and report KPIs related to project outcomes (e.g., cost reduction, lead time improvement, system adoption, etc.)
Ensure compliance with PMO standards, documentation, and governance processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
PMP Certification (active)
8 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 5 years in project management roles
Proven track record of leading supply chain transformation or implementation projects
Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.)
Strong understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, logistics, planning, distribution
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification
Experience with digital supply chain tools or data analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Excel modeling)
Exposure to global or multi-site project environments
Vendor management and contract oversight experience

Key Competencies:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
