About the Role
We are seeking a GenAI-fluent Business Analyst to partner with the AI Lead in accelerating AI adoption across Sales Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Process design expertise
- Hands-on GenAI workflow building (no-code)
- Change management and adoption leadership
You will map workflows, identify AI opportunities, design and build AI-powered solutions using LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and document as-is and to-be business workflows
- Create user journey maps identifying AI intervention points
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases

- Design AI-powered workflows using prompt engineering and GenAI tools
- Build reusable prompt libraries, templates, and workflow playbooks
- Translate business needs into viable technical solution architectures
- Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, data flows, and system boundaries
< data-start="1438" data-end="1456">Drive & Scale
- Own and manage AI use case backlog from ideation to adoption
- Enable and train internal teams on AI workflow creation
- Lead UAT, define acceptance criteria, and measure impact (time saved, efficiency gains)
- Establish scalable AI best practices and documentation
< data-start="1734" data-end="1762">Influence & Communicate
- Present solutions, demos, and insights to leadership
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and retrospectives
- Support cross-functional AI transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Business Analysis, Process Design, or Workflow Optimization
- Strong experience in Sales Ops or enterprise BPR environments preferred
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Ability to design solutions using prompt engineering (no coding required)
- Understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data flow concepts
- Strong UX and user-first mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Sales Operations, CRM, or Order Management systems
- Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation programs
- Experience building AI workflows, prompt libraries, or automation playbooks
- PMP / PMI / Agile certifications
