Job Description:

Demonstrable track record of shipping customer-facing AI/ML products. Candidates should be able to point to specific products they drove from concept to launch that went into production.
Experience shipping in environments with external customer commitments, hard launch dates, or revenue-tied deadlines - a distinction from internal tools or open-ended proof-of-concept (POC) work
Operates with urgency: drives work to close on compressed timelines and treats speed as a core part of the job, not a tradeoff against quality
Translates customer needs into technical requirements and back - fluent in both directions including production deployment considerations
Defines and drives outcomes measured in customer and business metrics, not deliverables
Proactively identifies risks, edge cases, and downstream impacts
