We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of our GIS modernization and Esri Utility Network (UN) migration. This role is responsible for project delivery oversight, coordinating resources, and ensuring a successful implementation. Gas utility experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with electric, water, or wastewater utility experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and coordinate Esri Utility Network migration delivery
● Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
● Control project scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables.
● Manage day-to-day execution and provide regular status reports
● Proactively manage risk, change control, quality assurance, and delivery
● Coordinate execution of Utility Network migration activities
● Ensure deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria are met
● Coordinate project logistics, including workshops, as required
● Prepare and deliver clear project status reports, risk assessments, and forecasts to stakeholders
Qualifications
● 8+ years of GIS or technical project management experience
● Experience delivering Esri Utility Network modernization projects
● Strong understanding of Utility Network migration execution, including data remediation, migration coordination, validation, testing, and cutover sequencing
● Experience managing scope, schedule, and delivery performance
● Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise
● Ability to present technical progress through clear, well‑structured presentations
● Gas utility experience (preferred, not required
● Working familiarity with cloud-based delivery models, including projects involving AWS-hosted environments
