Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Python Developer (AI & Agentic Systems) for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. As a Python Developer specializing in Agentic AI, you will be responsible for designing and deploying autonomous agents that don't just "talk" but "act." You will build multi-agent systems that can plan, self-correct, and use external tools to solve high-level business problems. Responsibilities: - Agentic Framework Design: Architect and implement autonomous agents using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Haystack
- Tool Integration: Develop custom "tools" (API integrations, database connectors, web searchers) that agents can use to interact with the real world
- Reasoning & Orchestration: Implement advanced cognitive architectures, including ReAct (Reasoning + Acting), chain-of-thought prompting, and multi-agent collaboration strategies
- Memory & State Management: Build sophisticated memory systems (short-term and long-term) to ensure agents maintain context across complex, multi-step tasks
- Optimization & Evaluation: Fine-tune agent performance by monitoring "hallucination" rates and optimizing decision-making loops for reliability and speed
Requirements: - Python Mastery: 5+ years of expert-level Python development (FastAPI, Pydantic, Asynchronous programming)
- Agentic AI Stack: Proven experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or Microsoft AutoGen)
- LLM Proficiency: Deep experience working with OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude 3.5), and Open Source models (Llama 3, Mistral) via APIs or local hosting
- Vector Databases & RAG: Hands-on experience with Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate for building context-aware agentic systems
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying AI workloads on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes
Pay rate: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
