Senior IT Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join their team, with SAP S4 experience, preferred experience with SAP upgrades and migrations also. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP project experience and strong technical fluency. The role requires close partnership with IT for on and offshore teams, testing leads and organizational change management leads for complete end to end project execution and rollout. The candidate must have strong communications skills and the ability to communicate and work with business stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting
* Drive cross-functional alignment across technical teams
* Coordinate work with onshore and offshore technical teams, including the Global Technology Center in India

Stakeholder Management:
* Partner closely with project sponsors and leadership on scope management, project decisions, approach, and resource planning
* Facilitate scope/requirements workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams
* Facilitate technical discussions and solution reviews with SAP functional and technical teams
* Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Execution & Delivery:
* Build detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and ensure alignment on dependencies and deliverables
* Oversee integration points within own project and understand cross project dependencies
* Support cutover planning and execution, testing cycles, and readiness activities including the creation of detailed cutover and backout plans
* Ensure project governance, documentation, and compliance with EPMO standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience in complex enterprise environments.
* Proven ability to work with SAP Basis, ABAP/Development, Fiori development and functional teams
* Strong communication skills
* Experience collaborating with offshore teams and global delivery models
* Familiarity working in a hybrid project execution approach (waterfall/agile) and ability to coordinate with IT scrum masters if needed (nice to have)

Project experience, including:
* S/4HANA (required)
* SAP upgrade and/or migration experience (preferred)
* System integrations with non-SAP technologies (preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
