You will work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and business innovation, transforming ambiguous opportunities into functional prototypes and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on engineer and an innovative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, exploratory environments.
What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and evaluate AI-powered prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready solutions.
  • Develop intelligent agents and AI applications utilizing large language models (LLMs).
  • Build agentic workflows that perform reasoning, tool execution, orchestration, context management, and human-in-the-loop decision-making.
  • Create AI-enabled experiences that leverage enterprise data, metadata, APIs, and business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Python and TypeScript services, APIs, tools, and reusable engineering components.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, analytical tools, and data ecosystems.
  • Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and orchestration approaches across performance, accuracy, security, cost, and scalability dimensions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and translate requirements into working solutions.
  • Establish reusable engineering patterns and best practices that accelerate future AI adoption.
  • Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, risk, and data teams to support enterprise-ready AI capabilities.
  • Document technical decisions, architectural patterns, lessons learned, and recommendations for scaling solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, or advanced software applications.
  • Strong software engineering experience with Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience developing APIs, services, automation frameworks, testing strategies, and debugging solutions.
  • Experience building AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Agent orchestration
    • Tool calling
    • State management
    • Context engineering
    • Structured outputs
    • Multi-step reasoning workflows
  • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience using Azure OpenAI or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • REST APIs
    • SQL
    • Structured and unstructured data
    • Git/GitHub
    • Modern software development practices
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
  • Ability to independently convert business concepts into working prototypes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with metadata platforms such as DataHub, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, or graph databases.
  • Experience building multi-agent systems, enterprise copilots, or AI-assisted decision-support applications.
  • Full-stack development experience using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
  • Experience implementing AI observability, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, tracing, and monitoring solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, containerization, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Experience evaluating and working across multiple foundation model providers and architectures.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, cybersecurity, model governance, risk management, and enterprise controls.
  • Prior experience within Financial Services, Treasury, Risk, Capital Markets, or Regulatory environments.
What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:
  • Deliver high-impact AI prototypes that address real business challenges.
  • Demonstrate innovative ways AI agents can reason across enterprise data and business context.
  • Establish scalable engineering patterns for future AI development.
  • Help bridge the gap between experimentation and enterprise adoption.
