About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Contact Center Technology organization. In this role, you will help modernize critical enterprise platforms by driving the migration of contact center capabilities from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions supporting more than 30,000 users.

You will design, build, and deploy scalable applications and middleware services that integrate enterprise platforms, address product gaps, and enable innovative customer and workforce management solutions. This position combines backend engineering, cloud-native development, and front-end application support within a fast-paced environment focused on large-scale digital transformation.

The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer who can independently design solutions, navigate complex technical tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality software using modern technologies.
What You'll Do
  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Build and enhance microservices that support enterprise contact center platforms and workforce management solutions.
  • Develop middleware and integration services that connect business-critical systems such as Workday, Verint, and other enterprise applications.
  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for highly available, distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain APIs, event-driven services, and messaging solutions using Kafka.
  • Drive best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, monitoring, and deployment automation.
  • Participate in cloud migration initiatives and help modernize legacy applications and infrastructure.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards and technical excellence across the organization.
  • Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), where appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
  • Experience building applications using Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
  • Experience developing front-end applications using React.
  • Experience working with distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with Kafka or other enterprise messaging technologies.
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLM integrations, or Agentic AI solutions.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows, automation tools, or intelligent agents.
  • Experience with Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Experience working within Contact Center, Workforce Management, or Customer Experience technologies.
  • Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms such as Workday, Verint, Salesforce, or similar solutions.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing architectural decisions.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for engineers who:
  • Take ownership of solutions from design through production deployment.
  • Can articulate architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs.
  • Balance simplicity, scalability, and flexibility when designing systems.
  • Ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and solve complex business problems.
  • Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Technology Stack

Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript
Cloud: Cloud Foundry (OCP), Cloud Platforms, CI/CD
Messaging: Kafka
AI/ML: Generative AI, LLM Integrations, Agentic AI
