Summary

Location: Charlotte, NC
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Power BI Developer

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Connect to SharePoint-based Excel files and build automated, refreshable Power BI reporting solutions.
Perform data transformation in Power BI, applying repeatable business logic and ensuring data quality.
3-5 yrs Developing and optimizing SQL queries (intermediate level) to support BI reporting with Power BI, analytics, and data validation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, plain English for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and deliver insights that drive decisions.
Ensure strong communication across teams, presenting findings in a structured, easy-to-understand manner.
Use Python (junior level) for workflow automation and data-processing tasks (nice to have, not required).
Troubleshoot data issues, improve performance, and maintain clean, well-organized datasets.
